Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
I have completed a rigorous life coaching training program under the leadership of Jay Shetty, a world renowned coach and mentor. The Jay Shetty Certification School comprises over 120 hours of coach education plus extra hours dedicated to coaching practicums and a final certification exam. Thanks to a lifelong passion for helping others, I also have several years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals in a variety of settings. My experience as a personal and group fitness trainer, plus my career in leadership roles only add to my strengths!
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients, allowing us the opportunity to work together no matter where we are!
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 40 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
